Are you an Authorised UK online retailer of all your products?

Yes we are for all of our listed brands. We are based in Scarborough and have over 20 years experience as a watch and clock retailer. In addition we also run both the Pandora Scarborough store and the Nomination store in the Brunswick Centre. We are a Global premium seller for Seiko, which means we get the option on limited edition and collectors watches. In addition we provide a quality selection of top watches and clocks in collaboration with our brands such as Citizen, Rotary, Bering and many more. This gives us additional benefits whereby if your desired watch is not in stock, we contact the supplier directly and get it sent to us as soon as possible.

Are all your products brand new, complete with box and guarantee?

All of our watches and clocks, excluding pre-owned items listed in the pre-owned section of the site * come brand new in box. We will test the watch to assure the watch is in full working order as some have batteries which may need replacing. In addition all watches come with a signed guarantee to assure you are covered.

I have bought a watch for someone can I get a replacement or can I send it back for a refund?

*Do you buy and sell pre-owned watches?

We sell high quality pre-owned watches from top Swiss brands including Omega, Tag Heuer, Rolex, Oris and many more. Although we are not an authorised retailer for these brands we can assure that all our pre-owned watches are 100% authentic and are thoroughly tested before re-sale. If they do not have full boxes and papers we will indicated so on the product page for full transparency.

On occasions we do also buy high quality pre-owned watches from these brands, please contact us if you would like to see if this of interest.

Do you do battery and strap replacements or adjustments?

Yes we do, with over 20 years experience in watch and clock retail, we are also specialists in repair and adjustments. We have a large variety of batteries and straps available as replacements for any old watches. However if your strap is little too large, we can perform a bracelet adjustment before we send it out, simply contact us on either 01723381550 or email us and we will be happy to help.

Do you sell jewellery?

We are an authorised online retailer for both Pandora and Nomination Italy. We will soon be adding a massive selection of charms, bracelets, necklaces and pendants, earrings and rings from your favourite brands.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship with in the UK only given current restrictions for import and export. However we will be adding international shipping in the very near future.
